Anxiety And Headaches

A good friend of the family recently quit a seemingly successful corporate job. The pay was excellent, as were the benefits.

It was unexpected, as she had been so excited about starting. Once hired, she only lasted a few months before she turned in her notice and left.

She didn’t speak much about it and I never brought it up. It wasn’t until we were all together for dinner one evening and a less tactful friend suddenly brought it up. My poor, cornered friend confided that she left because of chronic headaches.

She visited the doctor as it was continuous and had no sign of relief. Her doctor told her that this was due to the stress caused to the neck or eyes. This might have originated because she must have sat in a wrong posture and looking at the computer for a long time.

She found this odd, as she had an ergonomic chair and spent less time in front of her computer in her current job than she did when she was self employed.

Her headaches just moved away as she got home from work. But it started to show the effects when she was back to work. She felt these headaches more often and she did not even find time in which she was free from the pain.

The friend who questioned her told that she must be affected from ‘Work-it is’. My friend due to all these problems left her job.

My friend was not a patient who regularly suffered from headaches. When I spoke to her personally I came to know that she had some depression problems. My friend and I wanted to know the reason and started to research the problem further.

She always made others to speak for her work rather than doing it herself. She told that the problem was her nervousness and she did not want to talk in front of the senior officers.

She would feel it very difficult to talk and to find the right words to talk. She would have a vomiting sensation and a breathing trouble. Muscles round her neck, hands and head would turn so tough that she would not be able to move them with ease

Her chronic headaches were also due to sleeplessness. She felt sleeplessness because of the fear that she had on how to present and talk before her seniors.

She felt it really very hard to understand and overcome it. She would have a sign of relief by the weekends. As the new week starts she would again have the same problem and would start having all the symptoms.

Talking in front of a crowd is the main reason as of my friend. Anxiety disorder is the term used to mask several mentally related issues.

Phobias can be of types like fears of closed areas, that of larger crowds and water, heights.

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a condition in which people have ill thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The condition has been felt by many.

The key reason that made her feel anxiety disorder than the other issues were headaches.

Depression leads to Stress and it in turn leads to muscle stiffness and finally to severe headaches.

Insomnia also led to the problems and then headaches.

My clients and friends got cured from their headaches on using my all natural Migraine and Headache Relief program. My exercises cured the problems without any medicines. I suggest my program , If migraine or headaches are your issue.
